How to order

We have tried to make it as simple as possible for you to place an order with us.

While browsing our online catalog or by using our navigation links or our search function located at the top of every page, add items to your mini cart (shown on the right corner on the page) complete the checkout process by clicking on the checkout button which will take you to a view summary page where you have the option to select to proceed with the order or to continue browsing and adding more furniture items for inclusion in your order.

The shipping cost at this stage will not be present and will be quoted to you once your order lists have been received. You will also receive a receipt of the order you have just made, with a product list which will be the base of the shipping cost included in the total amount of the order.

Within 48 hours, our representative will contact you and summarize the order along with the added shipping cost included on total cost breakdown.

Payment

We request either full payment or a 50% deposit with your order which can be paid by wire transfer. When this first payment has been received (within 4 – 5 days), we will then notify you while at the same time start producing your product selection in the quantity you desire. During production, we will send you several pictures which will allow you to see at what the stages the production is up to. When the production is fully finished, you will be again contacted by us in regards to the balance payment and shipping details.
